'One' liveried 47818
The only class '47' to ever receive Anglia 'One' colours was Cotswold Rail's 47818. On the 10th April 2006, the Brush Type 4 hauls Virgin 87011 and 87017 as the 0Z03 11:10 Bicester to Long Marston at Haresfiel
Cotswold Rail's Anglia liveried 47714 leads First Great Western 43026 and one barrier powering a St Phillips Marsh to Swansea Landore move at Pyle on the 24th July 2006.
DRS' Northern Belle locomotives 47832 leads 47790 on the 1Z78 Gobowen to Bath Spa Northern Belle into the Bath station on the 9th September 2012.
Br Blue 47375 leads Fastline liveried 56302 powering the 6Z23 Burngullow to Burton China Clay tanks over Largin Viaduct on the 30th November 2011. The stored wagons were moving for further storage in the midlands.
DCR hired in Br Two Tone Green 47812 (D1916) leads the 6Z31 Cardiff Canton to Chaddesden sidings consisting of newly refurbished wagons for use on scrap services. The train rounds the curve at Thornwell near Chepstow on the 24th July 2012 running about 75minutes late.
West Coast Railways Company 47760 leads 47786 on the 1Z52 Perth to Fort William Compass Railtours at Achnabobane near Spean Bridge on the 4th August 2012.
The National Railway Museum's Royal train liveried 47798 'Prince William' on hire to West Coast Railways hauls the 1Z83 Carlisle to Crewe 'The Mersey Moorlander' having taken over from 45305 at Carnforth down loop. The
train was over 40minutes late at this point and had started from Carlisle already 15minutes down. Br Blue 47580 was on the rear, as 47798 is captured at Hest Bank on the 6th August 2012.

47739 works the 6Z47 Bescot to Long Marston at Evesham on the 29th March 2010.

- The '47s' were purchased from EWS (now DB Schenker) in 2007, and have since been named and repainted in the Colas Rail House Colours. The Class '47s' have reliably and successfully been used on track renewal trains, track plant movements, wagon movements, RHTT trains, stock moves and freight flows such as the Boston and Dollands Moor steel traffic.
